" Patisserie Lafayette makes the best quiche, ever, period. The crust is flaky and buttery, the fillings are rich and still light. My sister-in-law drives here to visit from DC, sometimes it takes 7 hours with traffic, she says it's worth it if she gets a piece of Quiche Lorraine at the end of it.
